The Brass Ring Story

I’m Logan Benjamin, founder of Brass Ring Web Solutions, a Buffalo-area web design and digital marketing company serving businesses and nonprofits across Western New York. Since 2019, I have helped organizations in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, and surrounding communities launch better websites, improve local search visibility, and communicate more clearly online.

I was diagnosed with autism at age 3, and that experience has shaped how I understand details, structure, wording, layout, and user experience. What once felt like a challenge has become one of my greatest strengths: creating websites, SEO content, and digital marketing materials that are clear, organized, accessible, and easy to use.

I also come from a family of business owners, so I understand the time, pressure, and commitment it takes to build something that lasts. Brass Ring was created to give local businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations access to professional website design, search visibility, hosting, upkeep, and digital marketing support without making the process feel overwhelming.

The name Brass Ring comes from my longtime love of amusement parks and my time volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda, New York. On a carousel, the brass ring represents reaching a little further, which still reflects how our team approaches every website, SEO project, and client relationship today.

Brass Ring is proud to have built a local team ready to support clients with website design, organic SEO, AI visibility, website content, social media, secure hosting, and ongoing website care. Our goal is to help each client build a clear, reliable online presence that supports stronger visibility, better communication, and long-term growth.

In 2024, I launched WNY Biz Board, a local business directory built to help Western New York businesses and nonprofits gain more visibility online. That work now continues through WNY Thrive, a regional platform I help run with my business partner, Ken Lockwood, to support local search visibility, community relationships, and shared growth across Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, and the Finger Lakes.
