The Brass Ring Story

I’m Logan Benjamin, founder and president of Brass Ring Web Solutions. Since 2019, I’ve built custom websites and digital strategies for small businesses and nonprofits across Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Western New York.

My passion for design and local business started young. Diagnosed with autism at age three, I learned to see structure, detail, and communication differently. That perspective has shaped my work, helping me design websites that are not only visually strong, but also accessible, intuitive, and built to last.

Coming from a family of business owners, I know how difficult it is to stay visible, earn trust, and compete online. That experience inspired me to create Brass Ring — a company dedicated to helping local businesses grow through clean design, strong SEO, and strategies built for the long run.

The name “Brass Ring” comes from my lifelong love of amusement parks. While volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda, I connected with the idea of reaching for the brass ring — striving for something better and helping others do the same.

In 2024, I launched WNY Biz Board, a grassroots directory that later became part of WNY Thrive, a regional platform I now manage alongside my business partner, Ken Lockwood. Together, we support businesses and nonprofits across Western New York with visibility, connection, and growth opportunities.
