The Brass Ring Story

I’m Logan Benjamin, founder of Brass Ring Web Solutions. Since 2019, I have helped businesses and nonprofits across Western New York improve their websites, get found in search, and communicate more clearly online.

I was diagnosed with autism at age 3, and the support I received helped me build confidence and strong communication skills. My attention to structure, patterns, and small details now helps me create clear and accessible websites and content.

I grew up in a family of business owners, so I saw firsthand how much work it takes to build and run a business. That experience shaped Brass Ring and my focus on making websites, SEO, and digital marketing easier to manage.

The Brass Ring name comes from my longtime love of amusement parks and my time volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda. Reaching for the brass ring means reaching a little farther, and that idea has always guided my work.

Today, Brass Ring provides web design, SEO and AEO, social media content, and ongoing support. My goal is to help each client build a strong online presence that is clear, useful, and easy for customers to trust.

In 2024, I launched WNY Biz Board to help local businesses and nonprofits get found online. That work now continues through WNY Thrive, which I help lead with Ken Lockwood to connect people with businesses, nonprofits, events, news, and deals across Western New York and the Finger Lakes.
