The Brass Ring Story

I’m Logan Benjamin, founder and president of Brass Ring Web Solutions. Since 2019, I’ve built custom websites and digital strategies for small businesses and nonprofits across Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Western New York.

My interest in design and local business started early. I was diagnosed with autism at age 3, which shaped how I see structure, detail, and communication. That perspective guides my work today and helps me create websites that are clear, accessible, and easy to use.

I come from a family of business owners, so I understand how hard it is to stay visible, earn trust, and compete online. That experience led me to start Brass Ring. The goal was simple: help local businesses grow through clean design, strong SEO, and long-term digital strategies.

The name “Brass Ring” comes from my lifelong love of amusement parks. While volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in North Tonawanda, I was drawn to the idea of reaching for the brass ring. It represents aiming higher and helping others do the same.

In 2024, I launched WNY Biz Board, a grassroots business directory. It later became part of WNY Thrive, a regional platform I now help manage with my business partner, Ken Lockwood. Together, we support businesses and nonprofits across Western New York through visibility, connections, and community-driven growth.
